Hair minerals

buckwheat, coarse flour bread, navy beans,




oat-flakes, nuts, spinach, parsley.




Your hair need also zinc.
In great amount It is in wheat bran and sprouts, rye-bread, mushrooms,


pumpkin and sun-flower seeds, chicken,



liver, beans, walnuts, peas.


Selenium is also necessary for your hair.
Maize, rice, garlic, yeast contain it.




Sulphur play the same important role.
This element is in beef, eggs, cheese.
